The Challenge

Most boards spend their time focusing on operational priorities, strategic decisions and urgent issues. Few take the opportunity to step back and assess how effectively the board itself is functioning. Without a structured discussion, governance issues can remain hidden and improvement opportunities may be missed.

How I Can Help

The Board Maturity Workshop provides a structured and practical opportunity to assess board effectiveness. Using an established governance framework, I facilitate conversations that help directors identify strengths, explore areas for development and prioritise governance improvements.
