Inclusive Governance Advisory

Boards recruit for inclusion, but voices still go unheard when governance isn’t inclusive.

Queenfisher works in partnership with organisations to build inclusive governance. We use a strength‑based maturity model that is unique to Queenfisher, creating psychological safety and supporting boards to grow their governance capability.

Our work is practical and trauma‑informed, helping build inclusive boards that govern well. We work with small–medium for‑purpose organisations, particularly women‑led and women‑focused organisations.
